Garber has more than 20 years experience analyzing, advising, and financing businesses
in a wide range of industries. As a restructuring specialist, Mr. Garber frequently
serves on creditor committees of major national and international companies. Prior
to joining Bear Stearns, Garber was a proprietary trader for Credit Suisse First
Boston and a well-regarded distressed debt and restructuring expert at a number
of firms Including Lehman Brothers, where he was ranked by Institutional Investor
magazine as an "All Star" analyst. Garber has also been a senior debt analyst at
Jefferies & Co. and Chase Manhattan and has co-founded several successful startups
in the emerging telecommunications and "green" industries. Garber graduated from
Wesleyan University in 1990 with a B.A in religious studies.

Adam Berlew, Investor/Business Advisor

Adam has over 20 years of market strategy, business development, operations and
product development experience in the High-Tech and Telecom sectors. He received
an MBA from the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania and graduated
from Brown University with honors, B.A. in Economics. Mr. Berlew has founded several
start-up telecommunications services companies; led and managed venture capital
investments; managed business development and product strategy for DELL; managed
client engagements for a world-class consulting firm and has developed and managed
a number of corporate financings. These deals include: structuring a $125M high-yield
note supporting 5 acquisitions; marketing and closing deals within investment community;
raising over $50M of private equity investments; and positioning businesses for
successful sale. Mr Berlew has evaluated 350+ potential equity investments; completed
8 transactions valued at $40M. Some specific corporate experience includes: leading
sales, marketing and product management for a $4B business unit of Fortune 100 high-tech
manufacturer protecting #1 position in US; Capturing 10% to 17% market share in
launch of 3 new product lines within sectors dominated by 2-3 key players; and identifying
and securing relationships with 75 strategic partners, achieving 25% sales upswing.

Rev. Dr. David R. Holder, Advisor
University of Pennsylvania 1987,
Philadelphia, Pa
David received his B.A., Biological Basis of Behavior, from the University of Pennsylvania
in 1987. After graduation, he accepted a position at Aetna Life and Casualty in
their management training program in Middletown, Connecticut. In 1989, he left Aetna
to attend business school at the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.
He received a Master Business Administration from UCLA in 1991 in Entertainment
Management. In the Fall of 1991, David entered Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena,
CA. He graduated in September of 1995 with a Master of Divinity, and in that same
month moved to Massachusetts to enter Harvard Divinity School. One year later, he
graduated from Harvard with a Master of Theology with an emphasis in community development.
Pastor Holder received his Doctorate of Ministry degree from Princeton Theological
Seminary in May of 2005; his doctoral thesis is entitled 'An Ethnographic Study
of the Hesitancy within a Congregation to a Future Move from the Suburbs Toward
the Inner-City.'
As part of the Evangelical Covenant Church denomination, Pastor
Holder founded New York Covenant Church in July of 1998 and has been the Senior
Pastor since its inception. In 2004, New York Covenant purchased a 40,000 square
foot building in the middle of downtown New Rochelle as their new location.

Bryan Callen, Investor
American University 1989,
Washington, DC
After spending the first 14 years of his life overseas in countries like India, Pakistan, Greece and Lebanon, Callen finally moved to the USA (Callen's father, Michael, is former Head of Citibank, N.A.). Mr. Callen graduated from the American University in Washington, DC, with a B.A. in History.
After graduation Mr. Callen's ordained career path on Wall Street began as he enjoyed some success with a couple of major investment banks for some time. However, his passion lie elsewhere so he packed up, moved to Los Angeles, and began to pursue his personal dreams. Mr. Callen remains a steadfast and up-to-date aficionado of investment activity and continues to enhance his business acumen as well.
Callen made his television debut as a series regular
on 'Mad TV' and the HBO prison series 'OZ'. He was recently seen as Kirste Alley's
wisecracking assistant on Showtime's comedy series Fat Actress. Mr. Callen has appeared
on several television series including 'Sex and the City,' '7th Heaven,' 'Stacked',
'King of Queens,' 'Las Vegas,' 'Significant Others,' 'West Wing,' 'CSI,' 'Law and
Order: SVU,' 'NYPD Blue,' 'Suddenly Susan,' 'Frasier,' and 'New Radio,' and most
recently as Rob Rubino in the HBO series Entourage. In addition, Callen has appeared
in such feature films as BAD SANTA, OLD SCHOOL and SCARY MOVIE 4. Mr. Callen has
performed stand up comedy on several TV shows including Late Night with David Letterman.
He can currently be seen on ABC's 'Secret Life of the American Teenager' and his most recent motion picture role was in 'Hangover'.
